If a product malfunctions or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to provide appropriate proof. Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:1) The item is unwashed and unused.

2) The item returns to us in its original packaging, buyer pays for shipping.

3) The item arrives back to us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping.
